Who Group opened for business in 2009. We are a highly -credentialed Executive Recruitment firm with a focus on Search and Professional appointments.

Who Group is owned and led by two Directors David Mahony and Gill Billings who have extensive specialist Search, Recruitment and Consulting experience. The business is committed to deliver excellence in everything it does.

David Mahony

David has 25+ years of senior executive search experience including 13 years with Morgan and Banks/Talent2. The first 15 years of his career was spent progressing through to senior roles in sales and marketing with Diageo and Lion Dairy & Drinks.

David is one of the most active senior search consultants in the industry, with an extensive track record of Executive and Senior Management appointments across the C Suite.

David is known for his exacting standards, his ability to interpret the needs associated with a precise Board or Executive briefing, and his processes and outcomes are first class.

Gill Billings

Gill is an Executive Director and co-founder of Who Group.

With over 25 years’ experience within the Recruitment and Search industry, she has held a number of Senior Management and Leadership roles within a range of prominent International Recruitment firms in both Australia and the UK before co-establishing Who Group in 2009.

A hands-on Leader, Gill focuses on career management and recruitment, specialising in Senior Professional and Executive appointments in the areas of General Management / C Suite, Human Resources, Finance, Sales & Marketing and Technical/Operations. Gill offers a unique skill base, enabling her to manage diverse and varied senior recruitment requirements, in any organisation, geography or industry. She is a significant asset for organisations looking to partner with a versatile senior recruiter.
